The activity starts with a short introduction to vinegars after which participants will get to taste different types of vinegars and we will discuss suitable taste parings. Give us a shout! You can contact us and plan an event together customised to your needs!
Gegenbauer vinegars
Gegenbauer Vinegar is a family company founded in 1929 in Vienna. The vinegars are handmade explosions of flavour as they are made from 100% juices. They have no additives, flavour enhancers or added sugar. Available in Happamia Oy’s selection are currently:
Berry vinegars: Black currant and Raspberry
Vegetable vinegars: White Aspargus and Tomato
Fruit vinegars: Sour cherry, Apricot and sweet``house vinegar`` Date
Balsamic vinegar of apple: Golden Balsam and James Balsam
Vinegars: Riesling Auslese (white), Blaufränkisch Auslese (red) and Edelsauer PX
